Cancellation policy

1. This document sets out the Quirky Apartments Ltd Cancellation Policy ( Cancellation Policy ), which will apply to you should you cancel, for whatever reason, the Quirky Apartments Holiday Let Management service or the Services (as applicable).

2. By accessing or otherwise using the Quirky Apartments Holiday Let Management service, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into and forms a part of the Quirky Apartments Ltd Terms and Conditions. Words defined in the Quirky Apartments Ltd Terms and Conditions have the same meaning in this Cancellation Policy.

3. If the Quirky Apartments Holiday Let Management service or the Services are cancelled up to 90 days prior to the confirmed arrival date of the Guest at the Property, no cancellation fees will apply. However, you will be required to pay Quirky Apartments an administration fee of £150.

4. If the Quirky Apartments Holiday Let Management service or the Services are cancelled up to 60 days prior to the confirmed arrival date of the Guest at the Property, you are required to pay Quirky Apartments a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the Fee.

5. If the Quirky Apartments Holiday Let Management service or the Services are cancelled up to 30 days prior to the confirmed arrival date of the Guest at the Property, you are required to pay Quirky Apartments a cancellation fee equal to 75% of the Fee.

6. If after arrival at the Property by the Guest, the Quirky Apartments Holiday Let Management service or the Services are cancelled, you are required to pay Quirky Apartments a cancellation charge equal to 100% of the Fee.

7. All cancellations must be made in writing and sent by email to info@mypropertyhost.com with a detailed explanation of the reason for cancellation.
